  1. Returns and Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds on any products purchased from Rave Camp. All sales are final as we are a small business. This policy ensures that we can maintain a selection of items to the highest standard of quality and hygiene. 

  1. Exchanges: We understand that there might be instances where you would like to exchange a product due to sizing, color, or product defects. In such cases, we are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  1. Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
  • Items without their original tags, labels, or packaging.
