Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy and returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery of the package according to the tracking information. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer returning the item. All returned items are issued store credit and will be charged a restocking fee. Must have receipt for in store purchases. 

Returns must be under these conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
  • The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

● Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged

● Items without their original tags, labels, or packaging.

● Personalized or custom-made items.

● Sale or Clearance items

● Accessories: Hosiery, Pasties, Fishnet, Boxed/Sealed Items, Chains, Harnesses, Garters, fanny packs, earrings, hair clips, fans etc.

For defective or problem products, please email info@ravecamp.co photos and descriptions of the problem within 14 days of delivery.
